How it works

1. Activate Teferi's Isle by tapping it, adding .
2. Cast Petals of Insight by paying , and choosing to pay an additional and reveal Psychic Puppetry from your hand, adding Psychic Puppetry's effects to Petals of Insight.
3. Resolve Petals of Insight, looking at the top three cards of your library, putting them on the bottom of your library, untapping Teferi's Isle, and returning Petals of Insight to your hand.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns a modest arcane spell into a self-sustaining engine by taking advantage of Vadrik, Astral Archmage to slash the casting costs down to zero. With Vadrik's cost reduction active, Petals of Insight becomes completely free to cast, allowing you to continually cycle it through your hand and library while generating infinite storm count and magecraft triggers. The secret sauce is splicing Psychic Puppetry onto the Petals, which triggers an untap of Teferi's Isle every single time the spell is cast to ensure your blue mana source is always ready to pay the splice cost.
