How it works

1. Cast Mox Amber by paying 0.
2. Activate Mox Amber by tapping it, adding .
3. Cast Kor Skyfisher by paying .
4. When Kor Skyfisher enters the battlefield, it triggers twice due to Delney, returning Mox Amber and Kor Skyfisher from the battlefield to your hand.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Helm of Awakening to reduce the cost of Kor Skyfisher to a single white mana, which is easily paid for by tapping Mox Amber beforehand. When Kor Skyfisher hits the battlefield, Delney, Streetwise Lookout doubles its enter-the-battlefield trigger because the Skyfisher's power is two or less, allowing you to return both Mox Amber and the Kor Skyfisher itself back to your hand. This sets you up to replay the Mox for free and recast the Skyfisher over and over again, generating an endless stream of entries, leaves, and storm count.
