How it works

1. Activate Illuminor Szeras by tapping it and sacrificing Myr Battlesphere, adding seven .
2. Activate Epitaph Golem by paying 2, putting Myr Battlesphere on the bottom of your library.
3. Activate Grenzo by paying 2, putting Myr Battlesphere from the bottom of your library into your graveyard, then putting it onto the battlefield.
4. When Myr Battlesphere enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating four 1/1 Myr artifact creature tokens.
5. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping Myr Battlesphere and a Myr token, untapping Illuminor Szeras.
6. Repeat.

This magnificent loop turns the massive metal frame of Myr Battlesphere into an endless engine of creation and sacrifice, all fueled by the relentless demands of Illuminor Szeras: Secrets of the Soul. Each time the Battlesphere enters, it summons four fresh Myr tokens to the field, providing the exact artifact bodies needed for Clock of Omens to untap your mana-producer. Once Illuminor Szeras has harvested the Battlesphere for seven black mana, Epitaph Golem neatly tucks the titan back onto the bottom of your library. From there, Grenzo, Dungeon Warden plucks the Myr Battlesphere right back out of the graveyard and onto the battlefield for a modest fee, letting you repeat the entire cycle to generate infinite black mana and endless artifact armies.
