How it works

  1. Activate Illuminor Szeras by tapping it and sacrificing another creature with mana value eight or greater, adding at least eight B mana.
  2. When the creature dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, causing you to pay 4 to return the creature from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
  3. Activate Illuminor Szeras by paying 3 and untapping it, giving it +2/+2 until end of turn.
  4. Repeat.
