How it works

1. Cast The Master either from your hand or from the command zone by paying plus command tax, if applicable, choosing to have it enter the battlefield as a copy of Ruthless Technomancer.
2. When The Master enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to sacrifice Evil Twin and create at least two Treasure tokens.
3. Activate a Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
4. Activate The Master by paying and sacrificing a Treasure, returning Evil Twin from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of The Master, which causes the Evil Twin to be a copy of Ruthless Technomancer.
5. When Evil Twin enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to sacrifice The Master and create two Treasure tokens.
6. Activate a Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
7. Activate Evil Twin by paying and sacrificing a Treasure, returning The Master from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Ruthless Technomancer.
8. Repeat from step 2.

This loop relies on an endless exchange of identities between The Master, Formed Anew and Evil Twin, using Ruthless Technomancer's reanimation ability to continuously bring each back from the graveyard as a copy of the Technomancer itself. Training Grounds is the engine's secret catalyst, reducing the activation cost of the Technomancer's ability so that a single Treasure token provides enough mana to pay the cost. As The Master and Evil Twin trade places through sacrifice and resurrection, their repeated entries trigger the Technomancer's sacrifice ability over and over, yielding infinite death triggers and sacrifices.
