How it works

1. Activate The Tenth Doctor by paying 7, removing all time counters from Reality Strobe.
2. Reality Strobe triggers, causing you to cast it from exile without paying its mana cost.
3. Shark Typhoon triggers, creating a creature token.
4. When the creature token enters, Mana Echoes triggers, adding C for each creature you control that shares a creature type with the token.
5. Resolve Reality Strobe.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop harnesses The Tenth Doctor's *Timey-Wimey* ability to repeatedly fast-forward Reality Strobe out of exile, allowing you to cast it over and over without paying its mana cost. Every time you cast that spell, Shark Typhoon swoops in to materialize a soaring Shark token.
