How it works

1. Activate The Tenth Doctor by paying 7, removing all time counters from Festering March.
2. Festering March triggers, causing you to cast it from exile without paying its mana cost.
3. Shark Typhoon triggers, creating a creature token.
4. When the creature token enters, Mana Echoes triggers, adding C for each creature you control that shares a creature type with the token.
5. Resolve Festering March.
6. Repeat.

This brilliant loop transforms time manipulation into an explosive engine by weaving together creature creation, tribal mana generation, and cascading upkeep effects. When you activate The Tenth Doctor's Timey-Wimey ability, you strip the final time counters from Festering March, forcing it to trigger and cast itself from exile for free. That cast immediately prompts Shark Typhoon to generate a flying Shark token, which in turn fuels Mana Echoes to produce a surplus of colorless mana based on your growing shoal. Because Festering March is a noncreature spell that naturally exiles itself with three time counters again upon resolution, you can continually use your generated mana to reset the loop with The Tenth Doctor, wiping your opponents' boards with endless -1/-1 debuffs while amassing an infinite army of sharks.
