How it works

1. Activate The Tenth Doctor by paying 7, removing all time counters from Inspiring Refrain.
2. Inspiring Refrain triggers, causing you to cast it from exile without paying its mana cost.
3. Iraxxa triggers, creating a creature token.
4. When the creature token enters, Mana Echoes triggers, adding C for each creature you control that shares a creature type with the token.
5. Resolve Inspiring Refrain.
6. Repeat.

This loop turns The Tenth Doctor's hefty time-travel ability into an engine by using it to immediately rip the last time counter off suspended cards like Inspiring Refrain, forcing them onto the stack from exile. Because you are casting it from outside your hand, Iraxxa, Empress of Mars triggers to flood the board with Alien Warrior tokens, which in turn supercharges Mana Echoes to generate more than enough colorless mana to fuel The Tenth Doctor's activation cost all over again. As Inspiring Refrain resolves and puts itself back into exile with new time counters, you draw deep into your deck to repeat the cycle indefinitely—drawing every card you need while building an apocalyptic army.
