How it works
Activate The Tenth Doctor by paying 7, removing all time counters from Cyclical Evolution.
Cyclical Evolution triggers, causing you to cast it from exile without paying its mana cost.
Rite of the Dragoncaller triggers, creating a creature token.
When the creature token enters, Mana Echoes triggers, adding C for each creature you control that shares a creature type with the token.
Resolve Cyclical Evolution.
Repeat.
This clever loop turns The Tenth Doctor into a massive mana and token engine by manipulating time counters to repeatedly cast Cyclical Evolution from exile without paying its mana cost. Each time Cyclical Evolution is cast, Rite of the Dragoncaller triggers to flood your board with 5/5 flying Dragon tokens, which in turn supercharge Mana Echoes to generate an avalanche of colorless mana. By activating The Tenth Doctor's Timey-Wimey ability to strip the counters off Cyclical Evolution over and over, you can continuously recast the spell to pump your creatures, amass an unstoppable army of Dragons, and generate infinite colorless mana to power the rest of your strategy.
