How it works

1. Activate The Tenth Doctor by paying 7, removing all time counters from Charnel Serenade.
2. Charnel Serenade triggers, causing you to cast it from exile without paying its mana cost.
3. The Lost and the Damned triggers, creating a creature token.
4. When the creature token enters, Mana Echoes triggers, adding C for each creature you control that shares a creature type with the token.
5. Resolve Charnel Serenade.
6. Repeat.

By activating The Tenth Doctor's Timey-Wimey ability to instantly strip away the time counters from a suspended Charnel Serenade, you force it to be cast directly from exile without paying its mana cost. That cast from outside your hand causes The Lost and the Damned to generate a 3/3 red Spawn creature token, which in turn fuels Mana Echoes to produce an abundance of colorless mana thanks to the shared creature types piling up. Because Charnel Serenade itself exiles with three new time counters when it resolves, you can simply feed that generated mana right back into The Tenth Doctor to accelerate the process all over again. This endless loop infinitely surveils, loops every creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield with a finality counter, and buries your opponents under an unstoppable tidal wave of tokens and mana.
