How it works

1. Declare two creatures as attackers, ensuring to attack two different opponents. Commander Liara Portyr triggers, causing spells you cast from exile this turn to cost 2 less to cast.
2. Cast Appa by paying its mana cost.
3. When Appa enters, it triggers, exiling Wispweaver Angel with the ability to cast it from exile later.
4. Cast Wispweaver Angel from exile by paying 0 due to Commander Liara Portyr.
5. When Wispweaver Angel enters, it triggers, blinking Appa
6. Repeat from step 3.

This brilliant loop uses Commander Liara Portyr to slash the cost of spells cast from exile based on the number of opponents you attack, reducing it enough to cast Appa, Steadfast Guardian or Wispweaver Angel for free once the cycle gets rolling. When Appa enters, its airbend ability exiles Wispweaver Angel so it can be cast from exile for just {2}—or {0}, thanks to the cost reduction from Commander Liara Portyr. Casting Wispweaver Angel from exile then triggers Appa, Steadfast Guardian's passive ability to flood the board with 1/1 white Ally creature tokens while Wispweaver Angel's own entry trigger blinks Appa, Steadfast Guardian back to repeat the entire process indefinitely.
