How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Stonespeaker Crystal by tapping them, adding CC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Stonespeaker Crystal.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This loop turns your library's top into a self-sustaining engine by letting Experimental Frenzy bypass your hand restriction while Ghostly Flicker does the heavy lifting. By repeatedly blinking Mystic Sanctuary, its triggered ability puts Ghostly Flicker right back onto the top of your library so you can cast it again, while Stonespeaker Crystal provides the mana needed to keep the cycle going.
