How it works

1. Activate Bösium Strip by paying 3 and tapping it, allowing you to cast instants and sorceries from the top of your graveyard this turn.
2. Cast Hanabi Blast either from your hand or from the top of your graveyard by paying 1, targeting Crystalline Crawler.
3. Resolve Hanabi Blast, putting six +1/+1 counters on Crystalline Crawler due to Vigor's first ability, and then returning Hanabi Blast to your hand and discarding a card at random.
4. Activate Crystalline Crawler's first ability three times by removing three +1/+1 counters from it, adding 1.
5. Repeat from step 2.
6. Once you have infinite colored mana, you may instead target any other creature and/or player with Hanabi Blast.

This dazzling engine uses City on Fire to triple the damage dealt by Hanabi Blast up to six, which Vigor happily redirects to pump Crystalline Crawler instead of letting it take lethal damage. Crystalline Crawler's ability to turn those newly minted +1/+1 counters back into mana provides the exact fuel needed to cast Hanabi Blast over and over again. Meanwhile, Bösium Strip serves as the crucial bridge that lets you replay your burn spell from the graveyard once it runs out of initial copies in hand.
