How it works

1. Activate Xavier Sal's first ability by tapping it and removing a counter from a permanent you control, creating a copy of any creature token you control that enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
2. When the creature token enters the battlefield, Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping all creatures.
3. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Master Chef to ensure every new token enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter already on it, feeding the persistent engine. Xavier Sal, Infested Captain acts as the catalyst, tapping to remove that counter and trigger a populate effect that brings another copy into the fold. Each time that fresh token arrives, Intruder Alarm triggers to untap all creatures, including Xavier Sal, resetting the whole cycle so you can repeat it indefinitely for boundless tokens and triggers.
