How it works
- Activate Hourglass of the Lost's first ability by tapping it, adding and putting a time counter on it.
- Kate's first ability triggers, creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token.
- When the Soldier enters, Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping all creatures.
- Activate Clever Conjurer by tapping it, untapping Hourglass of the Lost.
- Repeat.
This clever engine leverages Intruder Alarm's static untap ability whenever a creature enters the battlefield to continuously reset your board. Tapping Hourglass of the Lost adds white mana and places a time counter on it, which triggers Kate Stewart to generate a 1/1 Soldier creature token. That token's entry triggers Intruder Alarm, allowing you to untap both Clever Conjurer and Hourglass of the Lost so you can repeat the loop for infinite mana and tokens.
