How it works

1. Activate any number of creatures you control by tapping them, adding at least 2.
2. Activate Cayth by paying 2 and tapping it, creating a copy of any creature token you control.
3. When the creature token enters the battlefield, Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping all creatures.
4. Repeat.
5. If creatures you control can tap to produce at least 3, this combo nets infinite mana.

This ingenious loop turns Cayth, Famed Mechanist into a token-copying engine by leaning entirely on the global untap trigger of Intruder Alarm. Every time Cayth's activated ability resolves to create a new creature token, Intruder Alarm sees that entry and instantly untaps all creatures across the board. So long as your creatures can tap to generate the {2} required by Cayth—or more, if you are looking to net infinite mana—you can endlessly tap, untap, and repeat the process to flood the battlefield with infinite tokens and endless enters-the-battlefield triggers.
