How it works

1. Cast Volcano Hellion by paying 2.
2. When Volcano Hellion enters, it triggers, dealing an arbitarily large amount of damage to you and a creature. The damage that would be dealt to you is dealt to Spitemare instead due to Pariah's Shield.
3. Spitemare triggers, dealing an arbitrarily large amount of damage to an applicable target.

This explosive loop turns Volcano Hellion's self-inflicted damage into a lethal chain reaction by leveraging the redirection of Pariah's Shield. When Volcano Hellion enters the battlefield, you choose an arbitrarily large amount of damage to deal to yourself, which Pariah's Shield redirects straight to your equipped Spitemare. This massive blow triggers Spitemare to deal that exact same colossal damage to any target, allowing you to bypass your opponents' defenses and close out the game in one decisive sweep.
