How it works

2. When Promised Kannushi dies, its soulshift ability triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to your hand.

4. Cast Promised Kannushi by paying .
5. Repeat.

This loop hinges on Rukarumel, Biologist reshaping the very fabric of your deck, turning Promised Kannushi into a Sliver in all zones so that its nature as a Spirit can be neatly bridged by the synergy. By sacrificing Promised Kannushi to Ashnod's Altar, you generate the two colorless mana needed to filter through Prismite, converting that energy into the green mana required to cast Promised Kannushi right back out from your hand. Each iteration is completely self-sustaining because Promised Kannushi's own soulshift ability triggers upon death to retrieve itself, fueling an endless cycle of sacrifice, casting, and return.
