How it works

1. Activate Daxos the Returned by paying 1, creating a */* Spirit creature token.
2. Activate Lotus Ring's equip ability by paying 0 due to Puresteel Paladin, attaching it to the Spirit.

This loop relies on Daxos the Returned to repeatedly spend mana and generate a Spirit creature token, which immediately gains haste thanks to Tuktuk Rubblefort. Puresteel Paladin then enables you to attach Lotus Ring to that fresh token for free, thanks to its metalcraft-powered zero-cost equip ability. Finally, sacrificing the equipped creature back to Lotus Ring's own activated ability yields three mana—more than enough to fund the next iteration of Daxos the Returned—generating an endless cycle of sacrifices, enters-the-battlefield, and leaves-the-battlefield triggers.
