How it works

1. Activate Retrofitter Foundry's second ability by paying 2 and tapping it, creating two 1/1 Servo artifact creature tokens.
2. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping the Servos, untapping Retrofitter Foundry.
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a Servo, adding CC.
4. Repeat.
5. Once you have infinite mana, you may instead use Retrofitter Foundry's first ability to untap it and get infinite untapped Servo tokens.

This loop turns a modest workshop into an engine of endless metal, utilizing Parallel Lives to double every token creation so you are never short on material. You start by using Retrofitter Foundry to craft a pair of Servos, which Ashnod's Altar eagerly converts into colorless mana while sending them to the graveyard. Meanwhile, Clock of Omens leverages those very same Servos as tapping fodder to instantly untap your Retrofitter Foundry, fueling the cycle over and over. By reinvesting a slice of your generated mana and preserving your tokens with the Clock's untap utility, you can scale this assembly line into infinite mana, infinite bodies, and an overwhelming mechanical army.
