How it works

1. Activate Salvaging Station by tapping it, returning the noncreature artifact with mana value 1 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.
2. When the noncreature artifact enters the battlefield, Weapons Manufacturing triggers, creating a Munitions artifact token.
3. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping the noncreature artifact returned in step 1 and the Munitions token, untapping Salvaging Station.
4. Activate Arcbound Ravager by sacrificing the noncreature artifact.
5. Repeat.

This loop turns a modest recycling engine into a lethal device by leveraging Weapons Manufacturing to constantly spawn Munitions tokens whenever your graveyard-digging Salvaging Station brings back a cheap artifact. To keep the machinery turning, Clock of Omens taps that newly entered artifact along with the freshly minted Munitions token to untap Salvaging Station, resetting the whole process. Meanwhile, Arcbound Ravager sits at the center of the operation as a reliable sacrifice outlet, clearing away the returned artifact so it can be brought back over and over while stacking up an escalating pile of +1/+1 counters and weaponizing every single piece that leaves the battlefield.
