How it works

1. Activate Salvaging Station by tapping it, returning the noncreature artifact with mana value 1 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.
2. When the noncreature artifact enters the battlefield, Weapons Manufacturing triggers, creating a Munitions artifact token.
3. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping the noncreature artifact returned in step 1 and the Munitions token, untapping Salvaging Station.
4. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing the noncreature artifact.
5. Repeat.

This crafty loop relies on Salvaging Station as its engine, using its tap ability to endlessly recur a cheap noncreature artifact from your graveyard to the battlefield. Every time that artifact returns, Weapons Manufacturing triggers to produce a Munitions token, giving you the two artifacts needed to feed Clock of Omens and untap your Station. Phantom Train then steps in as the sacrifice outlet, letting you scrap the recurred artifact to grow its power with a +1/+1 counter while keeping the loop primed to start all over again.
