How it works

1. Activate Everflowing Chalice by tapping it, adding at least CCCCC.
2. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping Staff of Domination and Basalt Monolith, untapping Everflowing Chalice.
3. Activate Basalt Monolith's second ability by paying 3, untapping it.
4. Activate Staff of Domination's first ability by paying 1, untapping it.
5. Repeat.
6. Once you have infinite mana, you may use it to activate Staff of Domination's other abilities and/or untap any artifact(s) you control.

By leveraging Clock of Omens to tap Staff of Domination and Basalt Monolith, you can constantly untap a heavily-pumped Everflowing Chalice to generate a surplus of colorless mana. Basalt Monolith's own ability pays for its untap cost, while Staff of Domination resets itself using just a single mana from the loop. Once this engine is running smoothly, Staff of Domination transitions from an enabler into a win condition, using your infinite colorless mana to draw your entire deck, gain infinite life, and completely control the board state.
