How it works

1. Activate Timeless Lotus by tapping it, adding .
2. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping Staff of Domination and Basalt Monolith, untapping Timeless Lotus.
3. Activate Basalt Monolith's second ability by paying 3, untapping it.
4. Activate Staff of Domination's first ability by paying 1, untapping it.
5. Repeat.
6. Once you have infinite mana, you may use it to activate Staff of Domination's other abilities and/or untap any artifact(s) you control.

This clever engine uses Clock of Omens to create a perpetual motion machine by tapping Staff of Domination and Basalt Monolith to untap Timeless Lotus, which fuels the mana needed to reset the board. While Basalt Monolith and Timeless Lotus work together to generate a massive surplus of colored and colorless energy, Staff of Domination acts as the ultimate outlet once the loop is established. Because the Staff can untap itself for just one mana, it easily joins the party alongside Clock of Omens to let you cycle through your entire deck, gain infinite life, and completely dominate the board.
