How it works

1. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping it and Servant of Tymaret, targeting Servant of Tymaret.
2. Ertha Jo triggers, copying Clock of Omens' ability, targeting Clock of Omens.
3. Resolve both Clock of Omens abilities, untapping it and Servant of Tymaret.
4. Servant of Tymaret triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain that much life.
5. Repeat.

This ingenious loop turns a modest clockwork mechanism into an engine of relentless drainage. By making every permanent on the battlefield an artifact, Mycosynth Lattice allows Clock of Omens to target creatures like Servant of Tymaret, which untaps itself to trigger its own inspired life drain. The real magic, however, comes from Ertha Jo, Frontier Mentor: whenever you activate the Clock's ability targeting a creature, Ertha Jo copies it so you can untap both the Clock and the Servant simultaneously, creating a self-sustaining loop of endless life loss and gain.
