How it works

1. Activate Emiel the Blessed by paying 1, blinking Patron of the Arts.
2. When Patron of the Arts enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating a Treasure artifact token.
3. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding 1.
4. Repeat.

This elegant loop uses Zirda, the Dawnwaker's cost-reduction ability to discount Emiel the Blessed's blink activation down from three mana to just one. Because Emiel only costs {1} to activate with Zirda on board, you can endlessly cycle Patron of the Arts in and out of exile; each time Patron of the Arts re-enters, its triggered ability generates a fresh Treasure token. Sacrificing that very same Treasure provides the exact mana needed to pay for the next activation, fueling the engine infinitely to trigger any number of enter-the-battlefield and leave-the-battlefield effects.
