How it works

1. During your combat phase, activate Necrotic Ooze using Kjeldoran Elite Guard's ability by tapping it, giving it +2/+2 until end of turn.
2. Activate Necrotic Ooze using Barrenton Medic's second ability by putting a -1/-1 counter on it, untapping it.
3. Repeat.

This cunning loop transforms Necrotic Ooze into an escalating powerhouse during your combat phase by leveraging graveyard resources. With both Kjeldoran Elite Guard and Barrenton Medic resting in the graveyard, the Ooze gains all of their activated abilities, allowing you to tap itself for a +2/+2 pump. Because Barrenton Medic's untap ability only requires placing a -1/-1 counter on the Ooze, you can repeatedly untap the Ooze to stack endless pumps on top of the counter. The +2/+2 buff effortlessly offsets the -1/-1 counter, leaving you with an infinitely large creature to swing for the win.
