How it works

1. Activate Necrotic Ooze using Boa Constrictor's ability by tapping it, giving it +3/+3 until end of turn.
2. Activate Necrotic Ooze using Barrenton Medic's second ability by putting a -1/-1 counter on it, untapping it.
3. Repeat.

This ingenious loop transforms Necrotic Ooze into a one-man powerhouse by weaponizing the activated abilities of fallen creatures sitting quietly in any graveyard. While Boa Constrictor's ability normally just grants a temporary pump, here its tap cost is completely bypassed in functional value because Barrenton Medic is also waiting in the yard to let the Ooze repeatedly untap itself by placing a -1/-1 counter on its own form. Because Necrotic Ooze inherits all of these activated traits simultaneously, you can cycle back and forth between the two creatures' effects endlessly, stacking up infinite power until end of turn.
