How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Murderous Redcap, adding CC.
2. When Murderous Redcap dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When Murderous Redcap enters the battlefield, it triggers, dealing 1 damage to any target.
4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Murderous Redcap, adding CC.
5. Activate Epitaph Golem by paying 2, putting Murderous Redcap on the bottom of your library from your graveyard.
6. Activate Grenzo by paying 2, putting Murderous Redcap into your graveyard from the bottom of your library, and then putting it onto the battlefield.
7. When Murderous Redcap enters the battlefield, it triggers, dealing 2 damage to any target.
8. Repeat.
