How it works

1. Cast Murderous Redcap by paying 2B/RB/R.
2. When Murderous Redcap enters the battlefield, it triggers, dealing an amount of damage to itself equal to its power.
3. Murderous Redcap dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness.
4. Murderous Redcap's persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
5. When Murderous Redcap enters, it and Celes trigger.
6. Resolve the Celes trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
7. Resolve the Murderous Redcap trigger, dealing damage to itself equal to its power.
8. Repeat from step 3.
