How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Sceptre of Eternal Glory by tapping them, adding 3
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Sceptre of Eternal Glory.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This ingenious loop centers around Magus of the Future, which turns the top of your library into a playable hand, allowing you to continually cast Ghostly Flicker. Sceptre of Eternal Glory pulls double duty here, not only generating the massive mana injection needed to pay for the spell each iteration, but also serving as one of the targets alongside Mystic Sanctuary. Every time Ghostly Flicker blinks those two, Mystic Sanctuary's landfall-style entry trigger puts the spell right back on top of your library to be played again.
