How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Ur-Golem's Eye by tapping them, adding CC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Ur-Golem's Eye.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This elegant loop is fueled by Ur-Golem's Eye providing the exact colorless mana needed alongside blue mana to repeatedly cast Ghostly Flicker. By targeting both Mystic Sanctuary and Ur-Golem's Eye with Ghostly Flicker, you reset the land so that its triggered ability can place the spell right back on top of your library. Magus of the Future makes that top-deck placement trivial by allowing you to cast Ghostly Flicker straight from the top again and again, establishing an endless loop of artifact and land entries.
