How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Basalt Monolith by tapping them, adding CCC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Basalt Monolith.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This brilliant loop turns your library's top card into an engine by leveraging Magus of the Future to let you cast spells directly from the peak of your deck. You fuel the sequence by tapping Basalt Monolith for colorless mana, which can also pay for its own untap ability alongside Mystic Sanctuary's blue production. When you cast Ghostly Flicker to blink both the land and the artifact, Mystic Sanctuary triggers upon re-entering the battlefield untapped to place the very same Ghostly Flicker right back on top of your library. The result is an endless cycle of re-blinking your permanents that generates infinite mana, landfall triggers, and storm count.
