How it works
- Cast Mishra's Bauble either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 0
- Showdown of the Skalds triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Arcbound Reclaimer.
- Activate Mishra's Bauble by tapping and sacrificing it.
- Activate Arcbound Reclaimer by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, putting Mishra's Bauble from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
- Repeat.
This ingenious loop turns a modest zero-mana trinket into a perpetual motion machine by using the top of your library as a workshop. **Magus of the Future** acts as your workbench, allowing you to cast **Mishra's Bauble** directly from the top of your library for free. Every time you cast it, the second chapter ability of **Showdown of the Skalds** rewards you by tossing a +1/+1 counter right onto **Arcbound Reclaimer**. You then immediately sacrifice **Mishra's Bauble** to draw a delayed card, and spend that newly acquired counter via **Arcbound Reclaimer**’s ability to recycle **Mishra's Bauble** straight back to the top of your library, ready to be played all over again.
