How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0.

This elegant loop relies on Magus of the Future to let you play cards directly from the top of your library, turning it into your hand. By using Semblance Anvil to imprint an artifact, you reduce the casting cost of artifacts by {2}, making Sensei's Divining Top completely free to cast. You simply tap Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place it back on top of your library, cast it again for zero mana, and repeat the process to draw your entire deck, generate an arbitrarily large storm count, and trigger infinite draw effects.
