How it works
Activate Thaumatog by sacrificing a land.
Repeat step 1 until you control no lands.
Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing World Shaper.
When World Shaper dies, it triggers, return all lands from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
When the lands enter, Emeria Shepherd triggers that many times.
Resolve an Emeria Shepherd trigger that was triggered by a Plains, returning World Shaper from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Resolve all remaining Emeria Shepherd triggers.
Repeat
This loop is an engine of recycling that turns a graveyard full of lands and permanents into an unstoppable cycle of resources. Thaumatog acts as the hungry sacrifice outlet for your lands, clearing the board so that Phyrexian Altar can put World Shaper in the dirt and generate mana. When World Shaper dies, its triggered ability floods the battlefield with all those departed lands at once, waking up Emeria Shepherd's landfall triggers. Because those lands include Plains, the Shepherd can bypass your hand entirely to resurrect World Shaper straight to the battlefield, letting you repeat the whole spectacle indefinitely.
