How it works

1. Activate six lands by tapping them, adding at least 4.
2. Dictate of Karametra triggers six times, adding 4.
3. Cast Palinchron by paying 5.
4. When Palinchron enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to seven lands you control.
5. Activate Palinchron by paying 2, returning it to your hand from the battlefield.
6. Repeat.

This loop is a masterclass in turning a slight mana-producing surplus into an unstoppable engine, fueled entirely by the explosive double-mana effect of Dictate of Karametra whenever your lands are tapped. By casting Palinchron for {5}{U}{U}, you leverage its entrance ability to untap up to seven lands, which now produce double their usual output thanks to the enchantment's global mana-doubling trigger. This leaves you with more than enough mana to activate Palinchron's own bounce ability for {2}{U}{U}, returning it to your hand so you can cast it all over again. The result is an endless cascade of enters-the-battlefield and leaves-the-battlefield triggers that floods your pool with infinite mana from your lands and drives your storm count sky-high.
