How it works

  6. Cast Mana Vault by paying its mana cost reduced by 1.
  7. Jhoira triggers, causing each player to return a permanent they control from the battlefield to their hand due to Words of Wind, with you returning the artifact cast in step 3 to your hand.
  8. Repeat.
