How it works

1. At the beginning of your combat phase, Helm of the Host triggers.
2. Holding priority, activate Kirol by tapping two creatures you control, copying the Helm of the Host trigger.
3. Resolve the copy of the Helm of the Host trigger, creating a token copy of Kirol that isn't legendary and a 1/1 Frog creature token.
4. Holding priority, activate the Kirol token by tapping two creatures you control, copying the Helm of the Host trigger.
5. Repeat from step 3.

By equipping Helm of the Host to kick off your combat phase, you normally just get a single creature copy each turn, but Kirol, Attentive First-Year steps in to break the restriction by tapping two untapped creatures to copy that very combat trigger. As those copies resolve, Quina, Qu Gourmet transforms each token creation event into an absolute feast by adding an extra 1/1 green Frog creature token to the mix, which simultaneously supplies the exact creature bodies needed to keep tapping for Kirol's ability. This recursive loop spins completely out of control, generating an unending parade of hasty non-legendary copies and frogs while flooding the battlefield with infinite enters-the-battlefield triggers.
