How it works
Declare Zuko as an attacker, triggering its ability, adding an amount of equal to the number of experience counters you have.
Move to your postcombat main phase. You will not lose the mana due to Leyline Tyrant.
Activate Aggravated Assault by paying 3, causing you to untap all creatures you control and to get an additional combat and main phase after this one.
Repeat.
This clever loop turns Zuko, Firebending Master into a self-sustaining engine, provided you can already generate at least five red mana from his attack trigger. Leyline Tyrant plays a crucial role by letting you stockpile that unspent red mana across steps and phases, bypassing the usual restriction that would drain your pool. Once you move to the postcombat main phase with that floating mana, you can feed it directly into Aggravated Assault to untap your creatures and grant yourself an additional combat phase. This allows Zuko, Firebending Master to attack again, growing your experience counters and generating even more red mana to repeat the cycle indefinitely.
