How it works

  1. Activate up to five lands by tapping them, adding at least 2U mana.
  2. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Peregrine Drake, adding CC.
  3. Fool's Demise's first and second abilities trigger.
  4. Resolve the first Fool's Demise trigger, returning Peregrine Drake from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  5. When Peregrine Drake enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to five lands.
  6. Resolve the second Fool's Demise trigger, returning Fool's Demise to your hand from your graveyard.
  7. Cast Fool's Demise by paying 4U mana, targeting Peregrine Drake.
  8. Repeat.
  9. If the five lands can tap to produce at least 3U mana, this combo nets infinite mana.
