How it works

1. Activate up to seven lands by tapping them, adding at least 3.
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Great Whale, adding one mana of any color.
3. Fool's Demise's first and second abilities trigger.
4. Resolve the first Fool's Demise trigger, returning Great Whale from your graveyard to the battlefield.
5. When Great Whale enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to seven lands.
6. Resolve the second Fool's Demise trigger, returning Fool's Demise to your hand from your graveyard.
7. Cast Fool's Demise by paying 4, targeting Great Whale.
8. Repeat.
9. If the seven lands can tap to produce at least 4, this combo nets infinite colored mana.

This clever loop lets you turn Great Whale and Phyrexian Altar into an engine for infinite colored mana, provided your lands can generate at least four mana to recast the enchantment. As you sacrifice the Whale to the Altar, Fool's Demise triggers twice—simultaneously returning the creature to the battlefield to untap your lands and bouncing the Aura right back to your hand. Replaying Fool's Demise resets the entire cycle, feeding you endless mana, death triggers, and storm count every time the loop completes.
