How it works

1. Cast Cloudkin Seer by paying 0.
2. Cloudkin Seer enters the battlefield, triggering its ability.
3. Holding priority, activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Cloudkin Seer.
4. Cloudkin Seer dies, triggering Mortuary, putting Cloudkin Seer on top of your library from your graveyard.
5. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
6. Resolve the Cloudkin Seer trigger from step 2, causing you to draw Cloudkin Seer from the top of your library.
7. Repeat.
