How it works

1. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least 1.
2. Activate Vizier of Tumbling Sands' cycling ability by paying 0 and discarding it due to New Perspectives.
3. Escape Protocol and Vizier of Tumbling Sands trigger.
4. Resolve the Vizier of Tumbing Sands trigger, untapping a mana-producing permanent.
5. Reoslve the Escape Protocol trigger, blinking Possessed Skaab.
6. When Possessed Skaab enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Vizier of Tumbing Sands from your graveyard to your hand.
7. Resolve the cycling ability from step 2, causing you to draw a card.
8. Repeat.

This loop creates a self-sustaining engine by turning the cycling of Vizier of Tumbling Sands into a free, repeatable action fueled by New Perspectives reducing its cost to zero. Each time you cycle the Vizier, Escape Protocol triggers to blink Possessed Skaab, which enters the battlefield to return the discarded Vizier right back to your hand. Meanwhile, Vizier of Tumbling Sands' own cycling trigger untaps a mana source to pay Escape Protocol's required {1} tax, allowing you to churn through your entire deck while generating near-infinite enter-the-battlefield and leave-the-battlefield triggers.
