How it works

1. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least 1.
2. Activate Vizier of Tumbling Sands' cycling ability by paying 0 and discarding it due to New Perspectives.
3. Escape Protocol and Vizier of Tumbling Sands trigger.
4. Resolve the Vizier of Tumbing Sands trigger, untapping a mana-producing permanent.
5. Reoslve the Escape Protocol trigger, blinking Elvish Regrower.
6. When Elvish Regrower enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Vizier of Tumbing Sands from your graveyard to your hand.
7. Resolve the cycling ability from step 2, causing you to draw a card.
8. Repeat.

This wondrous loop turns the simple act of cycling into a perpetual engine of rebirth and replenishment. With New Perspectives on the battlefield providing a massive hand of cards, its static ability allows you to cycle Vizier of Tumbling Sands for free, bypassing its normal mana cost entirely. As the Vizier hits the graveyard, it triggers its own reflexive ability to untap a mana source alongside Escape Protocol, which steps in to blink Elvish Regrower. That returning Elvish Regrower then plucks Vizier of Tumbling Sands right back out of your graveyard and into your hand, letting you repeat the entire process to draw through your deck while generating endless enters-the-battlefield triggers.
