How it works

1. Activate Clever Conjurer by tapping it, targeting Vizier of Tumbling Sands.
2. Clever Conjurer triggers, causing you to loot.
3. Resolve the Clever Conjurer ability, untapping Vizier of Tumbling Sands.
4. Activate Vizier of Tumbling Sands by tapping it, targeting Clever Conjurer.
5. Vizier of Tumbling Sands triggers, causing you to loot.
6. Resolve the Vizier of Tumbling Sands ability, untapping Clever Conjurer.
7. Repeat.

This clever engine relies entirely on Unctus, Grand Metatect, whose static ability turns every tapped blue creature into a looter that draws a card and discards a card. Because Unctus's color-shifting activated ability can turn Vizier of Tumbling Sands and Clever Conjurer into blue artifact creatures, they become eligible to trigger that loot ability whenever they tap. Once both creatures are ready, Clever Conjurer taps to untap Vizier of Tumbling Sands and trigger a card draw, and then Vizier of Tumbling Sands taps right back to untap Clever Conjurer and trigger another. By looping this mutual untap dance indefinitely, you can cycle through your entire deck to find any win condition you desire.
