How it works

4. Repeat any number of times.

By enchanting Vizier of Tumbling Sands with Pemmin's Aura, you create a dedicated untapper that pays for its own reset: tapping the Vizier untaps the land, while spending the blue mana generated by Soldevi Excavations into the Aura's untap ability readies the Vizier once more.
