How it works

1. Activate Vizier of Tumbling Sands by tapping it, targeting Gogo.
2. Holding priority, activate Vhal by tapping it, adding at least CCCCC that cannot be spent to cast spells from your hand.
3. Activate Gogo by paying 4 and tapping it, copying the Vizier of Tumbling Sands ability, targeting Gogo and Vhal.
4. Resolve both copies of the Vizier of Tumbling Sands abilities, untapping Gogo and Vhal.
5. Repeat from step 2.
