How it works

  1. Cast Skilled Animator by paying 2U mana.
  2. Skilled Animator enters the battlefield, targeting Isochron Scepter, causing it to become an artifact creature until end of turn.
  3. Activate creatures you control by tapping those, adding 3.
  4. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying 2 and tapping it, casting a copy of Rally of Wings without paying its mana cost, untapping all creatures.
  5. Repeat from step 3.
