How it works
Activate Katara by paying 4 due to Training Grounds, causing you to draw a card.
Nadir Kraken triggers, causing you to pay 1 to put a +1/+1 counter on it and create two creature tokens.
Activate Katara by paying at most 2 and tapping the creature tokens.
Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing the creature tokens, adding CCCC.
Resolve the Katara ability, causing you to draw a card.
Repeat from step 2.
This intricate loop transforms a single activation of Katara, Bending Prodigy into an endless engine of discovery and sacrifice, heavily discounted by Training Grounds to make the math work out. Each time you draw, Nadir Kraken feeds on the card draw to spawn tokens, which are instantly doubled by Bard, King of Dale's replacement effect. Those newly minted bodies are then fed directly into Ashnod's Altar to generate the colorless mana needed to keep activating Katara—and since those very same tokens can tap to help pay for Katara's Waterbend ability, the whole sequence becomes completely self-sustaining.
